Comments:
There are too many unanswered questions on this implementation Why hasn't some of the ones who were in the test trail area not given the positive feed back of this process. Why is it necessary for a supervisor to limit the pay increase & the localitity was a draw to some areas that don't have many special activities that are necessary to want people to want to work in some areas. You don't think that you will loose that loyality that comes with knowing you have a secure job placement? Most people are in contract position for the money and nothing else.
