Comments:
I believe that the National Defense Authorization Act Public Law 108-136. Will do more harm than good, to federal employees who work at the Department of Defense. The act will weaken collective bargaining, and the pay for perforamance system ,I beleive will not be based on meirt. The senority system will be weakend.
