Comments:
Again the Gov't does somthing to benifit it self , with no consideration for the dedicated employee. How will this new system affect a FERS retirement in three years ? What will be the incentive to and employee if there is no annual increase to keep up with the cost of living ? This could only lead to a productivty short fall.
