I am a pharmacist GS-11 step 10 at the navy hospital jacksonville, Florida. The pay rate is about $33.00 per hour. At the 2 VA hospitals about 100 miles away, in smaller communities, the base pay rate is about 25% more for the same job discription. Thye also offer bonuses and incentives for higher education and doing work that is above and beyond the job description. Will the new pay schedules correct these discrepancies. Thank you
