Comments:
I do not feel that this will benefit any person employeed by the federal government. I do not feel that managers will fairly rate and set pay based on work performance. I think that there must be some type of recourse for employees who are unfairly treated. This will be terrible for employee morale as well as the military that the civilians support. There must be checks and balances in an orgination to run it effectively and fairly.
