Why use the deaths of 9/11 as your excuse for this all out attack on Federal Employees? Were the terrorists Unionized during their attacks? Is this the reason for attacking American Unions? Why must you take the rights of workers away in order to protect the country? Who will benefit most from this atrocity called N.S.P.S? If this is a good thing for America why all the secrecy, lies, plays on words, smoke and mirrors, and flat deceit? Why did you circumvent congress and take away title 5 rights? With pay banding wages will go down for most, yet you state in part of your regulation they will not WHY? How long before civilian employees are shipped to Iraq and Afghanistan? Who will regulate the increases in pay? I have no central negotiating team who will negotiate for the Corps of Engineers? With this plan why do we need District Managers and labor relations people? Will most local Union reps be fired right off the get go? Who can I appeal to that will be neutral? NO ONE Do I as an American citizen and a veteran no longer have any rights as a Federal Employee and why not? Is it true there is already a bill in Congress to put the entire Federal Workforce under this system? Doesn't that throw Homeland security out the window? WHAT DID WE EVER DO TO YOU!!!! Why do you not care about the working families of this country? Where will the money to pay for the increases come from as there is no increase in the budgets? I hear this has been tried in other areas (treasurer) and they scrapped it. If it didn't work there why will it work for D.O.D?
