Comments:
The fifty some odd pages of change presented to the comman working man, could be called if for nothing else CONFUSING. It is wrote at a higher level than most of your DOD workforce are compromised of, Like GS 05 to 10 and 11's. It all looks reasonable on the far end and through the trees, but if you look into the forest persay it looks as if the days of the 60's 70's and early 80's are coming back. In other words it looks like the good ole boy regime is returning. It looks as if the Boss will be the ultimate for promoptions, and awards to include merit step increases. So in other words the new proposal will allow the people who kiss up to the BOSS, (WILL GET THE PROMOS) and the BOSS in all aspects of the DOD definately do have their favorites. So!! Guess who will get all the promotions and any awards? The poor ole person who refuses to kiss any rear end will and keeps the ship afloat in reality will get nothing. I remember those days and how hard it was to get anywhere if you weren't in the loop or a real good friend with the establishment. Thanks for the chance to voice my opinion I really feel as most agree with what I have said. V/R
