to whom it may concern, I am a dod worker, I would like to know how my job, salary, work performance, my cost of living increase, or my wage grade increases would affect the homeland security. How does giving my supervisor the right to judge if I get a raise or not, have to do with this agency. My first concern is the soldier in the field he should have that right to judge me by work performance. He is serving and protecting me. His well being is my first concern. I took an oath to serve and defend just like the soldier in the service, so far that has been a privilege for me. I am honored that I work for the military and the govement. This action is not only unfair for the hundreds of thousand dod workers across this great nation, its just not right. thanks, Mrs. Connie Kyle
