How does this system protect you when the supervisor doesn't like you and rates you accordingly? I have had this happen to me. I've been employed by DOD for sometime and have scored 9's. I've had numerous recognitions and awards and yet 1 supervisor tried to totally destroy my career. The only way I saved myself was to move to another job and I don't think that that was fair. Now under this system, the supervisors seem to have even more control. I am a supervisor myself and I try to be fair with my employees. I expect someone to be fair with me.
