Comments:
Who will police the supervisory force to ensure that those who receive raises or pay adjustments actually deserve them, this system seems to be overly ripe to abuse by the "Good Ole Boy" system. If the supervisor likes the employee they will be rewarded, if they do not, they stand to lose their job even if they are performing well, this happens even now with the sytem we currently have. Those that are in favor get recognized and those that are not get nothing.
