I've been a federal employee for over 15 years and have given my best to support the gov. plus all my military coworkers. These new regulations make it where any personal problems with one superviser may cost you your raise. I've not had any personal problems with anyone that would cause problems but i've seen it happen. Even in civilian hospitals this type stuff does not happen..I was in the civilian hospitals for 15 years and there were checks and guards against personal feelings getting in the way of a persons performance apprasial. You're assuming the military are always right and know how to supervise, this is very incorrect, making a rank does not make you a supervisor.
