Outreach, pg 7556 Two phrases drew my attention; “(2) demonstrate openness and transparency in the design and process of converting to NSPS” And: “Further, the website includes the capability for visitors to submit questions and comments. To date, the PEO has responded to thousands of questions and comments.” Concerns – While I can only speak to my experience, I sent at least nine separate emails to the “Contact Us” feature and never even once received more than some auto-reply statement back from the system! Not one time did I ever get honest feedback or a real reply on a question or comment! Assuming everyone else who sent in comments got the same auto-reply, then, the notion of “openness and transparency” is simply untrue. This goes back to the Key Performance Parameter of “credible and trusted”…through your lack of real answers, your credibility and trustworthiness is extremely suspect. Truthfully, I do not expect to receive any answers to these comments either.
