Sirs, I feel it is totally unacceptable to allow management the authority to oversee the pay an individual recieves. I do agree management should judge a person by their work performance but this is a matter that can become very complex if their are personal feelings involved . I also feel employees should be given as much credit as possable for senoirity. True , that new employees with higher education are needed , do not over-look experience. Thank-You Anthony J. Talerico
