I have several questions I would like to submit: A. I am a top step GS-13 supervisor/mgr. Because I have been a top step for 10-12+ years I have not received any within grade increases. If the 13/14 employees are pay banded together will the GS-13 employees who are at the top step receive some type of catch-up increase when the conversion from GS to pay bands takes place? B. Our activity has recently gone through a TOF/merger with several other commands. We are still being carried under old/out-of-date PD's. When we convert to NSPS/pay bands should we have new/revised and up-to-date PD's already in place that actually reflect our new duties and responsibilities and pay grades? C. When will info be published concerning what grades will be included under what pay bands? This is a very important issue that all are interested in as it greatly affects the pay range you will be assigned to.
