pay banding- management will use this to reward their favorites employees and advance their "pets". How will management be policed to ensure fairness to all employees? seniority-if seniority is not taken into account, then this will affect dedicated employees and cause problems when management does not like the older employees. Loyalty does not count and will affect the work load. veterans preference-veterans will be given the shaft by non veteran managers which is about 90% of the managment level. Employees do not know enough about NSPS to make any decisions concerning the effects that it will have on their workload. No employees here at DFAS-Charleston have been contacted for their input because whomever is implementing NSPS did not want negative input.
