I do not agree with the new NSPS System. The old system was bad enuogh and gave management to much power but under the new NSPS system, if will be full of "Good Ol Boys" because those who don't fit into the mold of "Licking boots" will be in the unemployment line. Personal opinions of supervisor already have to much play in a persons career, but to enpower them further and take away or limit the recourse that an employee will have available to them is WRONG. By implementing NSPS you are taking away job security... it will be vertually non exhistant. what about all of those folks who are employeed now and had depended upon their jobs at robins to secure a retirement of some degree? What happens to them?
