we would like to know why you feel that the job we do as a cilvilan need to be change from civil. what is going to happen when we as woman would not sleep with a man or woman for a raise. Or if the boss just don't like them. we would like know, why change our pay? why change overtime? why change civilian deployment? and why change appraisals and performance evaluations?. we came on as civilian, we didn't come on as civilian to be deployed.
