Question that is not addressed or is not clear in your proposed education documentation: Currently, 1101s (Program Managers) must have certain Acquisition Certification (APDP) at Level 1 through 3. Will this still be a requirement? Currently, we have to be coded and have completed PMT250 and be in a PMO for 2 years for Level 2 certification. If yes, will a certification at a higher level be compensated under this new system. I.E. GS12s only require Level 1, however, if they have achieved Level 2, will we enter the pay band at a higher level?
