The move to adopt this system is UN-American, to make employees a deployable asset is rediculous. Lets see how many congressmen are willing to travel to Iraq to do their job! Pay for performance is another joke! Back to the buddy system I see! We at TYAD already are seeing what happens when you contract out jobs....the contractors cannot produce, produce inferior products and are not held accountable, there is no pride.....this proposal is VERY VERY BAD!! NSPS is BAD!
