Comments:
The environment that civilian employees work in, is one that is politically motivated to begin with. I work in an office where favortism is the rule, not the exception. Fear and intimidation is the reality that I work in. This new proposed NSPS just makes an already bad situation into an even uglier one by letting Bosses reward their pets. I filed an EEO against my manager. She has never forgotten this; this is the perfect opportunity for her to exact her revenge on me. I already know that this system will go into effect regardless of how valid the arguments are against this change. This is the way the government works - pretend to be concerned, and then do whatever was one the original agenda to begin with. It's all a matter of deception. All the people who make these decisions that affect people's lives don't have a clue how these decisions impact people. The government used to be a good employer, but not anymore. I'm already looking for another job.
