Without any cost of living or in-grades, will we be able to pay our increase in health and life insurance without taking a pay cut, if we are in a group of DoD employees that our command does not believe in monetary rewards of any kind for civilians? Second question is: will we be able to see who does receive monetary rewards so we can see if it is being fairly distributed among all employees in our command?
