Hello, I am concern about the new government pay system. A certain group of people at Fort Monmouth, NJ has always had this new system because they have always received the max on the pay scale as they were promoted. While other empolyee had to start at level one most of the time. Fort Monmouth like other communitys in the United States have a small group of people in the click(if you know what I mean) the pay scale and the ability to raise a good empolyee wages on the surface seem good. But please explain why the collective bargaining agreement needs to be dismantle, leaving employees under the gun of management. This new system doesn't allow anyone the ability to challange favortism my manager. Please help but works rights back into the new civil service system.
