I would like to know that since this new set of regulations say your supervisors are the ones who say who gets a pay raise new job or other awards What do you do about favoritism, incomptent managers some who do not have any idea what they are doing, Job promotions based on experience? The job promotions is the big issue here I myself have been deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, and Bosnia and when I put in for jobs here stateside I am told my experience is not acceptable because I did not do the job here yet I lost my job during a RIF and cannot get even qualified for entry level jobs base on my experince from being deployed. So what I see here there is going to be alot of favoritism back stabbing and alot of underneath the table deals being done to promote whoever they what . What about the workers who have proven themselves over and over again and are still being treated like field hands
