What is going to prevent from a supervisor giving favoritism to his relatives or friends either openly or secretly? Recently a couple of my co-workers got promoted and both of them are closely tied to my supervisor either by friendship or blood related. People complained but no one took any action to correct the unjustice because everyone was afraid of retaliation. NADEP JAX
