Reference Supplementary Information / Subparts C and E. A comment under Subpart E is that employees can receive increased pay as a result of a reassignment within a pay band. Is this referring to the annual performance pay increase discussed in Subpart C, or will employees be eligible for additional pay increases during the year? How many times per year and under what circumstances employees' pay can be raised while they remain in the same pay band will need to be specifically addressed in the implementing issuances, as will those cases (if any) where employees' pay may be reduced due to changing assignments within the same pay band.
