Comments:
The new system will not be fair to all employees. There is too much personality and favortitism among supervisors. Some employees will benefit and others (although doing outstanding work) will not. I think we do need a better way to recruit and retain... but this is not it. Also,,, my next step is due in mid Jul 05.... Personally, I feel the new system will be okay for me,,,, but I would like the step before it goes into the new system since I've looked forward to it all year. Thanks for accepting my comments. j
