Page 9, first bullet We might all agree that the mission comes first. What is to prevent retaliation against an employee in the name of the mission? How would this system prevent a supervisor from giving an employee work for which they are not qualified in the hopes that they will fail and can be given a bad performance review? It seems like there is infinite room for subjective opinions based on personalities not job competency.
