Comments:
We need to set Guidance for Civil Service work force with proper regulations on pay, performance, classification and benifits on our job, etc. This is critical requirement for the people's protected rights. Management should not be have the power to do as they wish; it will get to their heads and cause hardship, despression, anger, may even cause a war within our Branch or Base. DOD needs to have the necessary guidances & regulations to ensure the proper way management should perform, if not, it will give management more power then they need, if they have favorites or if they don't like you, they can get rid of you in a snap, they shouldn't give one person that capability to manage someone else life. DOD needs to get a handle on this before it becomes a hostile enviroment within our community and personnel lifes of our neighbors, children, family etc. Please establish regulations on our civil rights now. Help protect the people, that is what this nation is all about. No one should dictate ones rights, should be a equal opportunity for all. That is what our Nation (USA) is all about, our ancestors fought for us years ago... lets not throw it away now. People first, help the people in USA. Thank you.
