My comments are relative to the entire new system. It appears fairness to all is no longer the American way of doing things. It looks like the good old boy club will be running the office once again. Many laws were passed in the 20th century to ensure fairness was an American tradition - our way of life. Now some young hot shot with a huge ego can come into an office and a year later when a RIF happens, he's watching a good employee with 28 years of service leave. This isn't right and will lead to a way of life that most will want no part of. Even private industry provides their good employees with certain guarantees. I personally feel it will lead to a very large morale problem and recruiting will be nearly impossible.
