You state that this proposal will not have significant economic impact on local communities because this proposal only affects Federal employees. This is a false statement. For example, employees who are reached with a RIF removal action will be unemployed, and will not be spending as much money in the local economy. This proposal has the possibility for significant detrimental economic impact upon local communities.
