Comments:
One of the reasons stated for NSPS is to speed the hiring process yet NSPS addresses none of the problems with the automated tools being used today for applicant screening. These tools do not work and are easily manipulated to hire based on nepotism. What's worse, potential applicants have no view of positions actually hired and why they didn't get consideration when eligible.
