Employee Labor Relations- Your regulations take all the basic rights of employees away and are nothing more than another tool manaagement can use to take actions against employees without the employee having a right to defend the action taken. It is the "good old boy" system brought back into active duty. Those employees that the managers like will be rewarded and those that are not liked will be punished or removed. I pray to God that those who drafted these regulations will take another look at the mess that they developed in the name of security. Ha!
