I am supposed to receive a step increase in November of 2005, but if this system is supposed to go on line in July of 2005 this won't happen. Everything I have read said that we weren't going to lose pay on this new system, but I am, as I won't be receiving my step increase this year. Are we going to be compensated for this loss? I understand Tinker AFB is receiving money for this, but this hasn't been public knowledge. How can we be assured that we will be compensated?
