Comments:
The NSPS in general appears to revoke most due process rights, allows supervisors to 'punish employees in their paychecks', and ends all meaningful collective bargaining. If implemented, the resulting abuses to employees will be a significant public relations deterrent to people pursuing careers with DoD.
