* There should a forum format for this transition for federal employees. Everyone (supervisors) who tries to explain the system says that they will not know how it works until after it already upon us. * It seems to be a back door system of getting rid of good government workers, if a supervisor does not like you, you are out. I do know that there a people who work for the government who do not need to be here, but how do you gauge this, if the "good ole boy"; system is so prevalent. Employees really have no recourse or no place to go. Who will be monitoring this? * How is the better for the employee? The unions will no longer really have a voice in a supervisor mistreating or discriminating against an employee. * It really sounds like the civilian side of the house is turning into deployable military members. Will my job be on the line if I don't go to Iraq or somewhere else in the world? Is that really an avenue we want to place on employees? This is why we have the greatest military force in the world or do we really?
