I think that it is good that we are up grading the system and that an employee should be recognize for his/her preformance. But I think that you system will be unfair and that your giving the supervisers more room to show favoritism. If we get 4% raise I think we should recieve the full 4% not just 2%. And if the union has no say in any of this or help me when the job has done me wrong; I would have to ask myself why do I work for a lousy gov. company. Who likes FREEDOM. We are the people who keep the plaines flying you should consider help us stay happy in our jobs; rather than giving those more power to hold us back.
