Comments:
The proposed NSPS is not only a poor plan but an obsolute insult to the government worker that has been working to provide the great men and women of our armed forces the best possible equipment and systems to protect themselves and the US. This system will undermine seniority, affect pay raises, and could alter flexible work schedules that are helping families cope with children's schedules and control day care costs. There are many other problems with this proposed system and urge all involved to take a hard look at what you are going to be doing to the morale and well being of the government worker. This proposed system takes away the very nature and backbone that our government has been built on. CHECK AND BALANCE. This system will allow DOD to dictate and alter the quality of life for all government workers. It needs to be defeated.
