1. I am concerned with how a supervisor grades performance. Having never done that in the past in order to reward employees, it will be subjective at best. If a supervisor and employees don't get along, I can see adverse actions against supervisors coming one after the other, especially since our pay is directly effected. 2. Agile and Responsive-Workforce can be easily sized. Are you using contractor support (where they come and go as needed) as the guideline? Can we be let go if work slacks off for a timeframe? 3. No cost of living increases?? 4. RIF Procedures-No change in veteran preference, but the next sentence states that more emphesis on performance over seniority for RIF. Well, most veterans are senior in age seniority. 5. After pay-banding can my pay actually go down to a lower amount, or will it at least remain the same?
