We think & already know that we have a "buddy system" in place. Now just think what it's going to be like when NSPS gets implemented. I've seen too many of my friends get passed over for promotions because of their ethnic backgrounds & gender to feel safe with this system. I'm afraid also that people are going to go postal because when you mess with their paycheck & job, you're messing with their lives.
