Comments:
Under the general opening section it refers to the training for Suprevisors and Managers. My question is Where is the money coming from to pay for this?. My orgainzation has been mandated to take a 50% reduction in overhead over the next five years and that means cutting training. We are a Nuclear repair facility and having a highly trained workforce is necessary to sustain this ability. Time after time you people in the beltway mandate unfunded requirements and this time it will break the bank if we are required to train for NSPS under current funding. This entrie NSPS program is just a smoke screen to screw the civil servant. I feel it is a total shame the current administration is treating the civilian workforce like thrid rate citizans. This needs to be STOPPED!
