These comments will not change a thing. When this takes effect those who have jobs that create new products might get a good raise. Those who dont have the ability to do anything but a good job, well if there boss likes them they may get a raise. It wont change the way people are hired still the good old boy system. but it will make it easier for a supervisor to say your fired!.
