I could not find a specific section to reference since reading through I did not see it spelled out clearly. 1st question: Annual Leave is .... Sick Leave is .... Is the accrual rate for either criteria changing since I do not see it mentioned like it is spelled out in the Volume 8, Civilian Pay Procedures. 2nd question: Is the Volume 8, Civilian Pay Procedures manual to be updated or no longer used?
