I believe this system takes away our rights as employees. Who in their right mind suggested that management determines if you get a pay raise of not. This will certainly be the downfall. We have mangement that only sticks with their so call pals, so here we go again, the ones that get all the awards will be the ones that receive pay increases. Who also suggested to take away the rights of our armed forces personnel who fight for our freedom and now can't even use their time in the service to get a job. What is this country coming too, not everyone can afford to go to college and most of these jobs do not need a college education to work. Also these so called college graduates that you have coming into the work force have no knowledged of what a job is but give the high paying job and they have no personalitiy to work. What are you saving the tax payers with here? You don't hire them as a GS2 so they can start at the bottom and work themselves up the ladder, no way you give them a GS11 or 12 and low and behold who has to train them, but us little folks who have been loyal to the government for years and years. This is a real joke and I hope this fails all in your faces.
