My question is in reference to the Pay Banding. Why is your requlation/Federal Register not showing us the accual pay banding chart on how employees are to be paid on. Pay for performance, If supervisors have under performing employees now and they are still receiving pay bonuses. How are you going to stop the supervisor from continuing to give under performers pay raises? Pay information is confidental to anyone not having a need to know! If I have performed to the top of the paybanding scale and there is no promotion potential within the command for your specialty, how are you going to get a pay raise/bonus?
