In response to the Employee having a greater opportunity to affect our pay through excellent performance. I do not feel this is a good idea., our current DO did not know anything about my performance., or the scope of which I practice she is currently here for 6 months. While the DO is absent In our department I usually step into that postiiton as acting DO...I do not get Extra Pay nor do I get recognition for this position. My only resourse for increase pay is through step increases. I do not want to be dependent on any Supervisor who has no knowledge in my work performance to have a say on my increase in pay.
