Subpart D - Performance Management Not specific on feedback requirements and it sounds like duties can be changed at anytime. How do you determine if pay should increase? What if the employee does not want the added responsibility and was working at an above standard to superior manner, prior to the request? In the old system I knew what was expected and how that equated to pay by my position description. If duties are changed how will pay be adjusted?
