Comments:
My concerns with the NSPS system address the knowledge, skill and fairness of the Supervisor in charge. Will this person be thoroughly trained and possess the skills and integrity to determine virtually the lives and futures of people under him. Many supervisors are intimidated by whether or not their employees like them so they consider all employees equal and none above the others in effort, integrity, honesty, skills, and work competencies. I feel that we will all be hurting if the determinaiton of our future monetary value is put into the hands of incompetent persons, supervisors or not.
