This new system is a joke and only being implemented to make things worse. Flexibility for supervisors only gives them more license to promote favorites (buddies) and not the ones who do the real work...All the training in the world has not made supervisor's ....do any better or promote working relationships. In fact, most of them are not accountable and get away with slipping and sliding on their jobs now under the Acq Demo in force. Promoting inexperienced youngsters over seniority with the knowledge and ability. Yes, many with seniority have been lax, but that is no reason to give younger people promotions because they are younger, etc. Less fairness in this system and glad I will soon be able to get out. College Degree and hard worker who has not had the right supervisor or been in the right place at the right time.
