i see a lot of legal litigation when this this new system is started.the bad side to this is,if someone is a good worker who shows up on time and leaves on time and has leave on the books,and they have issues with their supervisor they can be penalized and on the other side of the coin someone who does just the opposite of a good worker and has a good repor with their supervisor,see who is moved up and see who is penalized.atleast with the old system i had a decent chance to move forward.we have taken giant steps back.
