I think this is a poor way of conducting a business. We have management people that make decisions for the office with their personal feelings instead of considering the work abilities of the employees that they promote. If you are not a pet employee of theirs, you will not receive step increases etc... I think the system should be left alone and continue with the system we have now. Only the "favorite" employees will benefit from the new system.
